71st Anniversary Show September 17th – 20th, 2026

Show Highlights: Exhibits including, Steam Engines (Traction, Portable and Stationary) Gas Engines, Tractors, Saw Mill, Threshing, Shingle Mill & Rock Crusher Demonstrations Daily. Huge Flea Market/Crafts area 200+ Vendors, All exhibits are open from 9 a.m. each day – Show closes on Sunday – 4:00 P.M. Food served daily from breakfast until dusk at the Main Kitchen. Food trucks will also be on site, their hours will vary.

Let’s break the cabin fever and shake the winter dust off our engines and tractors for the 2026 show season. Plenty of equipment to see, great food, flea market, and fun for the whole family. Setup begins after 2 PM on Friday – rain or shine!

Volunteers
ATTENTION Teens and High school Students. We are always looking for good help. Helping at our show qualifies for Service Hours for Graduation and other programs (IE. 4-H, etc.) Please Contact Jan Graf at 443-677-3761 if you're interested in volunteering.
Steam School

Our Mission

The objective of the Maryland Steam Historical Society, Inc. shall be to bring together persons interested in steam traction engines, other steam-operated equipment, gas and diesel tractors and engines, antique farm equipment of all kinds, horse operated equipment, and models of all the above, for displaying, education, and demonstrating for the public at a show, for the exchange of information, and for mutual assistance regarding the preservation and operation of this historically valuable machinery.
